Volunteering
All competitors who help with the set up of the jump and trail courses the Saturday before each show will receive a $20 CREDIT toward their entry fees for the show the following day.
If the Board cancels the show for any reason (e.g. weather), the credit will be forwarded to the next show. If the participant is unable to come to the show directly after the set-up night, the credit will not apply to the next month's show (i.e. the credit is forfeited).
If the participant cannot help with the set-up they may send someone in their place. If they send multiple people, only one $20 credit can be applied to the entry fee on show day.
Keep in mind all volunteer hours worked at the Ancaster Saddle Club can be applied to high school or community volunteer hours!
